CSU and DU are collaborating to put on an incredible learning cohort this winter!

Campus Director of CSU Mariah and Director of Jewish Student Life of DU Lily are bringing their passions for wellness together to create a 5 week program centering around concepts of wellness to help students learn ways to stay healthy.

Why this winter season! With topics like The Magic of the Morning, Foundational Foods, Movement Medicine, Betzelim Elohim, and Lila Tov, students will learn prayers and Jewish wisdom connected to each theme and then do an activity connected to it. We hope that this multi-campus cohort will bring Hillel of Colorado even closer together in these times where we are forced to be apart.
