Lipson Mental Health Awareness Shabbat

On Friday evening, May 17, 2024, The University of Denver Hillel will host its First Annual Daniel Aaron Lipson Memorial Mental Health Shabbat program at our Merage & Allon Hillel Center, 2390 S. Race St., Denver, CO. A short worship service will open our evening at 6 pm, and a nutritious, festive dinner will conclude the evening. In between Hillel students and their friends from DU and other Colorado-based universities will hear a speaker on wellness and mental health in a forum designed to help students know of and learn from the positive Jewish values Daniel Lipson exemplified in his life, and of the need for all of us to listen to and support each other and ourselves.
